Care

• Premium Finish, thus no regular polishing required.
• Always use coasters or mats while keeping hot, cold or wet materials on the surface else this can affect the polish.
• Any spillage should be wiped dry with a soft cloth immediately as there is a chance of staining.
• Any cleaning needs to be done with water only.
• Colour / polish can fade due to prolonged exposure to sunlight.

Warranty Information

• Wood Termite Resistance: Lifetime Warranty
• Manufacturing Defects: 12-month warranty against any manufacturing defects in materials. During this period, Shivam Furniture will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective components or the entire product if it is found defective in material or workmanship.

Exclusions

• Fabrics, Leatherettes, and Leathers: Not covered under warranty unless explicitly mentioned. Refer to care instructions for maintenance.
• Natural Wood Characteristics: Minor cracks, or “checks,” are a natural characteristic of solid wood due to gradual drying. These checks do not impact the durability or life of the furniture.
• Normal Wear & Tear: Damage from normal use, misuse, or wear beyond intended use is not covered.
• Alterations: Any modifications or alterations post-purchase will void the warranty.
• Glass and Mirrors: Products with mirrors/glass (e.g., photo frames, cabinets) are fragile and packed with extra care. However, breakage in transit does not fall under warranty coverage.

• Color Variance: Product color may vary slightly from the images shown due to lighting, pixel quality, and screen color settings.
• Fit & Dimensions: Please verify product dimensions to ensure it fits in your desired space. Also, check if it will fit through all entrances and doors.
• Surface Unevenness: An unevenness of up to 5 mm may occur due to variations in surface and floor levels.
