Once you’ve placed your order, We will take 3-7 business days to process and prepare your items for shipment.

Delivery

Following processing, our standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days for your furniture to arrive at your doorstep. We work diligently to minimize delivery times and keep you informed throughout the process.

Our support and delivery team will be in coordination with you for a hassle-free installation process.
Free delivery is only applicable for the very first attempt on a visit to your ship-to address. In case of a missed delivery, (from a customer)/ an extra visiting charge would be applicable for later installation.

Our delivery partner shall only deliver the product to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift in your apartment. (if applicable)
Extra charges applicable for weekend or specific time deliveries.
Once the order has reached your nearest delivery center and you fail to receive the products, we would hold the products for 10 days, after this time line, Shivam Furniture(shivamwood.in) shall be free to charge for holding the products for longer.

Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be the customer’s responsibility as we encourage to study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully and see if the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms. We will not be responsible if the furniture does not fit/ pass through the entryway/ stairway etc. Please note that any failed delivery due to any such refusal or unavailability and any subsequent attempts to deliver the goods will be charged extra by Shivam Furniture(shivamwood.in) or the Logistics partner. We also request you to give the correct address and phone no. details at the time of placing the order. If you are planning to travel and will be unavailable on the contact number, please inform us in advance so that we can plan the shipping and delivery at your convenience.

If the customer believes that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, they are requested to refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or send a mail to shivamfurnituresrdr@gmail.com, mentioning their order reference number.
